To support DODD’s transition of Path to Employment data to their Salesforce system, we have created a tool in Brittco that allows you to quickly export your data in a format that DODD can import.
You can access the tool by logging into your Brittco system and navigating to:
/export-path-to-employment
Click “Export Path to Employment” to generate a CSV file containing your data.
Note: There is a checkbox titled "Include inactive clients" that allows you to choose whether you want inactive clients included in the CSV file.
Data Included in the Export
To align with DODD’s formatting requirements, the export will include only records that meet the following criteria:
Clients must have both a DODD # and a Medicaid #
Path to Employment records must include a Start Date
Only records that were active within the last 3 years
Submitting the File to DODD
After generating the CSV file, please review the data to ensure it appears correct. Once confirmed, send the file to the following DODD contacts:
