Overview of Changes and Updates
- Users can publish an OhioISP without submitting it
- Added the ability to modify plan type / revision number
- Administrators can turn the integration between Brittco and DODD on and off in Account Settings
- Setup page is now called "Integration Dashboard"
- System will prevent publishing of a packet that is associated with an unpublished OhioISP
- View a list of all signature request for OhioISPs
A system update will occur on the evening of 5/9/24 that will include all of the changes listed below.
Publishing an OhioISP without Submitting to DODD
When there is an error in Submitting an OhioISP, it is now possible to Publish it without Submitting it.
After beginning the submission process, an error message may appear.
To continue with Publishing the OhioISP, select .
Modify Plan Type / Revision Number
Users can now change the Plan Type or Revision Number of an OhioISP.
From any client's OhioISP, select Introduction / Contact Info, then select OhioISP Details, then locate the Type.
Use the icon to open the Version Number selector.
Use the Arrows to increase or decrease the version number.
Select to accept the changes.
Note: The system will not allow a client to have multiple OhioISPs with the same version number for the same span date.
Integration Activation / Deactivation
Administrators can now turn the integration with DODD on and off within Account Settings.
Begin by opening the Account Settings page. Select then select Integrations.
A new selection for OhioISP Integration with DODD will be visible.
The organization's current status will be displayed.
Use the dropdown to change the Integration status.
Integration Dashboard
The OhioISP Setup page is now the "Integration Dashboard", which includes a list of all submission errors, including the full error messages.
From the OhioISP page, Admins can click the Actions -> Integration Dashboard link to navigate to the Integration Dashboard page.
The Integration Dashboard page will allow you to link your providers and staff to the DODD Salesforce system and see any submission errors that occurred while publishing OhioISPs. Submission Errors
This will show a list of any errors encountered when submitting an OhioISP by anyone in the organization. Within the table, click Actions -> Error Details to see the latest error message that occurred for a particular plan. This will likely be helpful when working with DODD to resolve any submission issues.
Note: the Integration Dashboard will only show errors for OhioISPs submitted after the release (5/9/24).
Packet Publishing Restriction
Any packet with an associated OhioISP will now require that the OhioISP be published prior to publishing the packet. If a user attempts to publish a packet prior to publishing the OhioISP, the user will see the following error message:
OhioISP Signature Requests
Similar to forms and packets, you can now view the status of all signature requests at once. From the OhioISP page, click Actions -> Signature Requests.
