We improve the software every day by adding new features and reports. We'd love to share everything we are doing with you, but instead will tell you about some of the highlights.
December 2019 Updates
- New Feature: Client Tasks. Create tasks to easily keep track of what needs to be done for an individual and see when these tasks are completed.
- Added additional filters to your Calendar, and these preferences will be reflected on the dashboard
November 2019 Updates
- New Feature: Continuous Case Notes. Automatically set the start time to the previous end time and don't clear the service and location after saving a case note.
- Now you can apply start and end dates to staff-client relationships, allowing you to keep a history of past SSAs, Service Coordinators, etc.
- New Notification: Client 18th Birthday.
- New Notification: Client Address Changed.
- Added ability to select multiple clients when creating FSS authorizations. This allows you to share a budget between family members.
- Added a new permission called "Access EI clients only" that allows administrators to limit their EI staff to only see clients with a support of Early Intervention.
- Visually view information about Local Funding Authorizations on the View Client screen
October 2019 Updates
- Added the ability to save Favorite Reports. Simply click the star next to the reports that you use the most. Now these will be the first you see on the Reports screen.
- Changed the Client Emergency report to meet the requirements of typical Face Sheets.
- You may now assign staff to multiple user groups, giving you more flexibility when assigning permissions to your staff.
- Now you can upload an attachment to each Family Support Services entry.
- Quickly print multiple case notes from the Review Case Notes screen by clicking the triangle next to Apply Filters -> Print.
- Added a new report called Employment History that shows all of the jobs that an individual has held over a period of time.
September 2019 Updates
- New Custom Case Notes module. Now any department, not just SSAs and EI, can have their own area for case notes.
- Added a Productivity Workbook. This will allow you to create an Excel workbook with built in formulas for exact productivity numbers. All you need to enter is the hours worked of each of your staff.
- Keep track of all acuity and waiver changes with start and end dates, instead of only their active acuity or waiver.
- Created more efficient workflow to allow your providers to add additional information to their incident reports after submission.
- Added ability to send incident reports to non-users without leaving the application.
- Added ability to track all the sites of a residential provider. This will be important when using our upcoming RNQA tracking feature.
- Added ability to track which services a provider provides.
- Added shortcut (Ctrl + M) to open common phrases when writing case notes.
- Easily check for duplicate clients when adding a new client. While filling out information for a new client, any similar clients will appear below.
August 2019 Updates
- Added ability to change your Cost of Doing Business category in order to customize your DDP ranges.
- You can now keep track of staff certifications, with the ability to upload certificates and visually see when certs are expiring.
- Added a Google Maps link to the client's address when viewing client demographics.
- Added Medicaid Number field to your providers to help keep track for EVV purposes.
- Added optional 2-Factor Authentication for additional security.
July 2019 Updates
- Completed Local Funding module
- Added ability to quickly add mileage and travel time to Early Intervention case notes. This information will display on reports, and travel time will create Title XX units when applicable.
- Created new Productivity report
- Added additional features when managing Medicaid Eligibility. 1. Bill for 180 days prior to leaving an ICF. 2. Check for 3rd birthday to be certain you're not billing before.
June 2019 Updates
- Added a timer to the case notes screen to easily capture documentation time per note.
- Released our first state form - Waiting List Due Process. More to come!
- Added additional formatting options to custom form builder: Equal-width columns and print format of checkboxes.
- Added a new report: Client Relationship Envelopes. Print a report formatted for 4 ⅛ x 9 ½ (#10) envelopes.
- New employment fields within client demographics. Now you can capture an individuals's path to employment and any current or past jobs that he or she is holding.
- Added a new report: Staff Daily Timeline. See a visual timeline of staff case notes.
May 2019 Updates

October 2018 Updates
Quick Case Notes- This feature allows for you to enter a case note much faster. The quick case note option is the clock icon at the top of the page next to the message icon.

Client Birthday Notifications - You now have the ability to receive birthday notifications for your caseload. Choose when and how you want to receive them - by email, in-app message or text. Learn how to set this up.
DDP Funding Range - We've added a field to track DDP Funding Range in your client demographics area.
Printable ISP Form - Print out a blank version of your plan so that you can take it to meetings when you don't want to bring your laptop.
Easily View Client Guardians - Guardian information is now clearer. Whether an individual has 1 or more guardians or is a "self-guardian", you can quickly see it in the Demographics area when viewing his or her information.
Added Who and How Often to Action Steps - Now you can keep track of the frequency and provider at an action step level, instead of at an outcome level. This will also be an important part of sharing outcomes with providers and independents moving forward.
Other Changes
- School District field in client demographics is now searchable
- Added ability to link demographic information to forms.
- Added Meeting Date and Plan Type to the ISP Plan.
- Cleaned up the B4 Detail CSV report.
- Added client/staff filter to B4 Detail report.
- Added a notification for whenever an incident is submitted.
- Added public and private notes to incidents.
- Added DODD number to Waiting List Assessment email. It was reported that staff at DODD were entering assessments into the wrong individual's record in Imagine.
- Added 'Career Planning' to list of client supports.
- Formatted CSV exports of all reports.
September 2018 Updates
Added Activity Table to the Dashboard- You can now see your daily activity on the table at the bottom of the dashboard. This table shows your entries so it is easier to go back and see what happened during a particular day. Read the article here.
Added Notes to Client View Screen- You can now view notes from the clients screen. This update makes it easier to quickly get needed information about a client.
New messages show as numbered badge instead of changing color- This will show how many messages you have in the message center instead of just letting you know you have unread messages.
