If a certain department in your organization (outside of SSAs and Early Intervention) needs to write case notes, you can set up a separate case note area just for them. Each department can have their own list of activities and locations, and can run all of their own reports.
Let's take a look at an example:
Scenario: My county board has therapists that would like to be able to case note in Brittco. We would like to keep track of occupational, physical and speech therapy notes, and be able to report on each of these.
Solution: Create a new custom case note type called "Therapists". Set up my activities / services for this department as "Occupational Therapy", "Physical Therapy" and "Speech Therapy", as well as all relevant locations. The end result will look like this:
Now my therapists have their own screen to write case notes, and can run all of their own reports.

Once you decide the name of the department(s) and what activities/ services and locations you want for each department, send this list to support@brittcosoftware.com to get these added to your system.
