In this article we go over changing an existing case note. The first step is to go to a previous date to find the case note that we want to change. The bottom of the screen shows the case notes for that day.
The image above shows an existing case note on a previous date. Click the "Edit" black box on the right side of the box to edit the case note. Clicking the edit button will populate the fields with the case note information above it and move your screen up to edit any information that is needed. To save the edits just click the save option and the case note is edited.
If you see a lock symbol, this means the note has been approved or billed and can only be unlocked by an administrator.
