In this article we will go over finding previously entered case notes. Below is the case notes screen. If we click on a date, it will show all the case notes for that day.
We can also view all of our case notes in the "Review Notes" section. The top half of the screen will have filters to help find case notes. The start and end date default to the current month. If you want to see earlier than the current month, then change the filters of the dates to the desired time span. You can also filter by client, activity/service, location, special(which shows overlapping times and services), and notes entered.
We can also export the case notes from the "Apply Filters" option in blue under the filters and above the case notes.
