The Brittco Training screen is where your staff can access DODD required training courses and you can keep company documents and even schedule required document reading for your staff.
Upon opening the Training screen, you will see your course progress on the "Brittco Courses" tab. This is where each staff member can go through their individual training modules and complete the training courses. Staff will need to navigate to this page, scroll to the training they need to complete and either "Start Training" or "Continue Training" to eventually receive a certificate. This catalog of courses is constantly being updated and added to, so be sure to check back frequently for course/module updates and additions.
The next tab on this page is the "Progress" tab. Administrators can select a course using the drop-down near the top of the screen and find out which of their staff have completed the course, and when. They can also find the certificates for their staff members for any completed courses. This is a great place to find out what dates should be entered and in the Staff Information section and scheduled on the Scheduler.
The final tab on the Training screen is "My Documents". Here is where the DODD Rules, Health and Welfare Alerts and even your organizations own documents can be added. Using the checkboxes near the top of the screen will filter what's included on screen. This will make it easier to read and schedule health and welfare alerts. Scrolling to the bottom of the screen, you will find where you can add your own documents, and once added, can schedule them to be read by staff as well.
