We’ve released several updates to give more control over productivity reporting, make weekly case note management easier, and fix OhioISP validation with Environment Accessibility Adaptations.
Configure What Counts Toward Productivity
Administrators now have more flexibility to determine which types of time count toward productivity.
Previously, counties could only enable or disable the Include Admin Time in Productivity setting. This has been replaced with individual settings for the following time types:
- Case notes with an Other service — applies to TCM only
- Case note documentation time
- Case note travel time
- Time clock entries
Billable and unbillable case note time will always be included in productivity calculations.
For counties that previously had Include Admin Time in Productivity enabled, all four of the new settings have been enabled by default. Administrators can review and adjust these settings based on their county’s productivity policies.
These settings affect both:
- The Productivity Workbook
- The Productivity Graph on each user’s Dashboard
Experimental Feature: Weekly Case Notes
A new Weekly Case Notes feature is now available under Experimental Features.
Weekly Case Notes provides a broader view of your documentation activity, making it easier to:
- Review case notes across an entire week
- Identify undocumented gaps in your schedule
- See how documented time is distributed throughout each day
- Navigate between days without repeatedly changing filters
- Confirm that your case notes and other recorded time accurately reflect the work you completed
This feature is designed to help users manage documentation more efficiently and catch missing time before the end of the week.
Because Weekly Case Notes is currently an experimental feature, any user with access to case notes will need to enable it in User Settings -> Experimental Features. Releasing it this way allows us to catch any issues that we may have missed or change / improve it without disrupting too many users at once prior to the full release. So share any feedback that you have with us!
Environment Accessibility Adaptations for SELF Waivers
The Environment Accessibility Adaptations service is now available for individuals enrolled on a SELF Waiver in the OhioISP.
OhioISPs that include this service can now be published without receiving a validation error.
