This article will cover adding a new staff. The screen is tabular so you will need to click on each tab to open up the fields to complete entering the staff information as shown below. Each tab has a different purpose and allows for increase functionality.
The name and credentials tab is relatively straight forward. Simply add their name and username/password. *Note usernames and passwords are left up to Administrators and HR Managers to maintain.
Email address is an important field, which is in the 'Contact' tab.
The HR date is for HR purposes as the name implies. There are fields important to EVV setup in this section.
Staff Options can be significant for those will need increased access.
You can also create Relationships to clients and specific locations of services.
Make sure to set a User Group for your staff if you don't want to set custom Access Levels for each staff member.
When finished entering in the staff information, click the '+Add Staff' at the bottom of the screen. This will your staff to your list. You can always edit their information and click 'Save Changes' to any edits along the way!
