This article will go over the revision history of a form.
In the creating a revision article, we went over the process of creating a revision to a particular individuals plan. To see the entire history of the form, select 'View' from the ISP Plans tab on the individual. Next to Actions and 'View Revision History' as shown below.
The entire history of revisions will appear so that you can track what has been changed and when.
You can compare different versions of the plan with each other to see the exact changes in the exact sections of the plan. This can be useful for many reasons.
