A: Go to the Setup Screen - Company Information and check the box 'Access to All Incidents'. - Why doesn't my vehicle show up in the Vehicle Inspection menu?
A: You must assign Vehicle Inspection Items to each Vehicle. Click here for an article on how to assign Vehicle Inspection Items. - Why can't I save an event in the Scheduler?
A: Without 'Full Access', you can only change/save Events that you scheduled. In other words, you cannot change/save events that were scheduled by another staff. However, that can be overridden by giving the staff 'Full Access' on the Setup screen. - Why is the billing code blank and the rate 0 on the Billing Setup screen?
A: Usually this is caused by not having the proper Waiver and Acuity setup. Be sure to also check the Span Dates to see if the Acuity and Waiver are properly setup there as well.
